Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
