What is the Eastpak warranty policy?

Most of our standard products are covered by a 30-year limited warranty, which covers defects in materials or workmanship. Please keep your proof of purchase to make a claim.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns are free of charge using our pre-paid shipping labels.

How should I clean my Eastpak backpack?

We recommend cleaning your bag with a damp cloth. For tougher stains, use mild soap and water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this can damage the fabric coating.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and various local payment methods depending on your shipping destination.

Are Eastpak products water-resistant?

Most of our bags are made from water-resistant fabrics and feature a protective coating. While they can handle light rain, they are not fully waterproof and should not be submerged.
